There is a small child on an elevated platform who is leaning over hugging a puppy. The base is 4 " long and is divided into 2 compartments. This Powder Jar is in excellent condition. The only thing I can find under very good light is a small tight age line on the inside rim which fits down into the base. Shipping includes required $4.50 insurance for UPS coverage over $100. UPS cost is much higher to to Alaska, Hawaii or PR so shipping would be changed from UPS to Priority and will be caculated at the time of purchase.INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS PLEASE READ PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS.
