Sorry for any photo glare. White spots are from my camera flash. This is a nice teal green color art glass with a rough pontil on base. Nice center bubble footed vase. I do not know the maker. Since it is hand made, the top is a bit uneven and higher on one side. A wonderful addition to any collection or would make a great gift.  CONDITION: It is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
